Your Photos, Your Rights

You retain full ownership of any original photos you upload to our platform. By uploading your images, you grant Mama Studio a limited, non-exclusive license to process your photos solely for the purpose of generating your AI portraits. We do not claim ownership over your original images, and we do not use them to train our AI models without your explicit consent.

Your AI-Generated Portraits

Upon generation, AI portraits created through Mama Studio are granted to you for personal use. Depending on your subscription plan, the following usage rights apply:

Prohibited Uses

You may not, without prior written permission from Mama Studio:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display AI-generated portraits for commercial purposes under a Free plan
• Sell, sublicense, or transfer generated portraits to third parties
• Use Mama Studio content to train, fine-tune, or develop competing AI models
• Remove or alter any copyright notices, watermarks, or branding embedded in generated images
• Use our platform to generate portraits that infringe upon the rights of third parties

Third-Party Content

Mama Studio’s AI models are trained on licensed datasets only. We are committed to respecting the intellectual property rights of artists, photographers, and creators. If you believe any content generated by our platform infringes upon your copyright, please contact us immediately.

DMCA — Notice and Takedown

If you are a copyright holder and believe that content on Mama Studio infringes your rights, please submit a written notice to our designated agent including:

2. A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
